I couldn't be more pleased with the work of Villanueva LLC! I had been burned by a previous contractor that let me down midway through a project, and I'm lucky to have selected Villanueva to finish the job. Jev did a great job of collaborating with us as we worked together to find the best solutions for our project, which involved a bathroom remodel included plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and painting. (And in my older house, it wasn't the easiest.) The team set realistic expectations throughout and hit deadlines. They were on time at the beginning of each day, and they cleaned up any mess at the end of each day. Everyone was respectful to me, my wife, and our cats. We're thrilled with the results from the attention to detail from Jev and team, including Phil and Larry! Next time I need something done, I won't have to go through the vetting process with a stranger again because I know I can count on Villanueva.

Villanueva LLC has been a great help to me. Once I contacted Jev, I knew I was in good hands. True professional. We discussed pricing, timeframe, materials, and expectations. Jev was involved every step. This was a project involving lots of different steps and layers as we renovated an apartment. The guidance and experience Jev provided were invaluable. What more can I say about Villanueva LLC that hasn't already been said. This man and his team have been to my Mother's house at least 3 times for different projects: Hardwood flooring install, bathroom remodel, and some minor repairs in the basement. The work has turned out amazing every single time. Please do yourself a favor and call this man for your next home improvement project. You won't regret it!

To say I highly recommend Villaneuva is an understatement. I am accustomed to working with contractors on home remodels and my experience with Villaneuva was amazing. Out of all our years of remodeling homes there have only been two contractors I felt so completely comfortable recommending and Villaneuva is one of those two.
The owner and his workers were fair, kind, respectful, flexible and helped me make my dream kitchen a reality! They exceeded my expectations! I have absolutely no concerns about recommending this company.

This review should have been left a looong time ago but I could not reccomend Jevenson enough! We purchased a home a little over 2 years ago and from the get go Jev has been our right hand man!
He does it all from painting, to drywall, to plumbing, electrical, flooring to installing an entire kitchen for us downstairs!
We rent out half of the home and if we have a last minute problem that arises before guest's are coming, we call him and he always comes and fixes it quickly and efficiently!
It is such a comfort to my mother and I that we have someone we trust and rely on when we need some help getting something done!
He doesn't cut corners either, he is honest and will tell you if something we want will work or not!
I am so thankful the day I found him on Facebook! We couldn't be more happy than to have found an honest and most importantly a reliable person to call our own personal handy man!

I cannot say enough good things about Villanueva! I had another contractor completely botch a window and door job. He quoted a reasonable price and the job was done quickly and looks FANTASTIC! I highly recommend and already have another project getting quoted.
