Beautiful store. The staff was so helpful as they always are when I come in. I know they have been having some bad delivery on website but I want to say Ellen was very helpful sorting everything and wrapped my gift so beautifully. I almost want to keep it for myself

Very disappointed with the white company customer support and satisfaction. I purchased about $200 of towels and cloths that I love but one of the $9 cloths fell apart immediately ( see photo for side by side of both cloths ). I reached out to the white company and asked for a new one. They refused and said it needed to be shipped back. I am in the US and the time and cost of shipping far exceeds the cost of the cloth. If you’re looking for a company with great customer support. This isn’t it.

Underwhelming - "supervisor" Helen treated me in a condescending and bitching manner. Totally disrespectful. I asked twice whether they could gift wrap the candle that I wanted to buy for a friend - since they reassured me that they would "beautifully wrap" it - I bought the candle. I received a broken paper bag - total joke. To then get bitched at is the last thing that you want to experience. Horrendous!!

We absolutely love shopping here. Super useful staff. Great products and stunning quality. If you manage to shop during the sales it’s an absolute treat. We love their baby range as the style and materials are impeccable. You can shop online as well and they ship internationally which is great. Make sure you join they loyalty programme for extra discounts. Only small issue you might over purchasing as everything is so nice

Have been a fan of The White Company for a long time. Unfortunately had a very disappointing experience today. bought silk pajamas for my girlfriend here as a present, after 2 weeks of use and following the label care instructions (i.e. hand wash only ...), the seam of the trouser has fallen apart and other parts of the pajama are falling apart. Shop refused refund or return saying "the item was too small for the person". Which is ridiculous because it fit absolutely fine (if anything on the slightly loose side). The store clerk had the audacity to tell me "all silk is the same" which is an absurd statement and shows they know nothing about momme or the quality rating of silk. In fact, on their website / product label, they do not mention neither the momme nor the quality rating of the silk, which basically tells me it is extremely cheap, poorly constructed material that has resultingly fallen apart.

I will not be returning.

As one walks into the white company there is always a wonderful perfume of one of their air freshners. Bright, helpful staff. Really well made clothing and bedding in the upper price bracket.

I had a lovely experience shopping at the Chelsea store the other day with my 5 week old baby. Baby was fussing so I took her out of her pram and two seperately sales assistants offered for me to go and feed her in the comfort of the change rooms. I ended up doing so and the lady even pushed my pram for me as I holding baby. It was so appreciated as baby was able to feed calmly and I could keep shopping and then go for lunch! That sort of kindness is so so appreciated by a tired mum. Thank you to the lovely staff.
