They should have 10 stars. The two ladies that run the show are kind and efficient. Always greet you with excellent customer service ! They work very hard and keep even long lines moving with great speed while always listening to cool jams! My hats off to employee # 168957 ( I wish I knew their names) they always work together. Love this store! Give them a raise!

I used to loved going to this location since is very close to RPV. I do not feel welcome anymore.
Sadly, some of the stuff members are not familiar with the proper costumer etiquette.
Owner: You have a problem with some of your employees based on other reviews.
This is a consistent issue ( tried three times ) got same outcome. Time to move on to another place that values my business.

If you want a top notch customer service go to the UPS in Pacific Coast Hwy in Torrance. The place is clean. Staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I pick up all my UPS deliveries from here (because sometimes the delivery drivers can't access my building and it takes days for me to track down my package). But the service in the shop is quick friendly and efficient. And the last time I was there I forgot my ID somehow and they had it waiting for me days later when I went back to look for it.

I mailed a TV to another state and arrived in a different box than the one i dropped off and arrived broken too. They don't want to refund me even tho I paid $1,500.00 for insurance. When I requested a refund, I was told that most of the electronics get broken and no one gets a refund. Is not fair that I paid $400.00, and insurance is not honor. On top of that, they go back and forth blaming carrier, but no one takes responsibility for the damaged TV. I lost about $2,000.00, including shipping.

The UPS Store is so convenient. I love that they take and return Amazon purchases so easily with just a bar code from Amazon.

My reason for going to the UPS Store this trip was to return equipment to Spectrum. Again, so easy!

The worst customer service ever. The woman who helped me was very rude. I didn't have the tracking number. And instead of helping me and explaining how to get it. She just smirked at me and told me if I didn't have the tracking number she couldn't helped me. It felt like she enjoyed seeing me confused. And thought it was funny. If it wasn't the only UPS store in my area. I would never go back there again.

The kid behind the counter told me 2 day shipping was 75 but I was charged 75 for 3 day shipping,ANDits late.Tried calling to resolve the issue or possibly get a refund since the delivery is late but they state they're a privately owned franchise so they won't do anything to help

I've been coming to the UPS Store for years. They are always very helpful and friendly.
Have had notary service here as well and didn't have to wait, especially 45 minutes like the other poster claims.
Sara, the manager I believe is very helpful too.
