When I was renting from them Caroline was first rate professional! Always responsive and quick to communicate. Would definitely recommend using them again and I would still be with them but I moved to a different part of CA. It’s been over a year now since I left and Caroline just reached out about a document of mine that was just found tucked away somewhere in my old place and she reached out to find out if it was mine and if I still needed it and I thought that was incredible that she still had my contact info and took the time to reach out and now she’s sending it to me and wouldn’t accept any $ for the postage or time!! Amazing service and professionalism!!

I hired Starline Real Estate to help me rent my dad’s condo. Everything was taken care of so quickly which I appreciated. The photos and videos really captured the assets and gave an accurate picture of what was on the property and what it had to offer tenants. A sign and listing went up and was active the next day! This being my first time, I had a million questions, which Starline was able to answer and give me with the best advice. I couldn’t have done it without them. They are very responsive and definitely trustworthy! I had booked my Airbnb and unfortunately I had to cancel due to certain circumstances. Caroline was awesome! She suggested few things and she was very understanding. I’m so glad that I had a person like her to help me and I was able to put complete trust into the entire process! It’s definitely hard to find good companies/people these days who hold integrity but I can assure you she really takes care of her clients. She’s an asset to their company! Caroline is the ideal professional if you are not just interested in maintaining the status quo -- but want improvements to the status quo. As a long-term resident of 3825 Bluff Place, I have been here for the length of her tenure as apartment manager. When Caroline began, the building had numerous housing violations, and there were leaks in many apartments after heavy rains. She soon had the roof competently repaired. The leaks stopped. Troublesome or delinquent tenants found themselves other places to live. Apartments got needed repairs or upgrades, new hallway carpeting and lighting were installed, as well as, for the first time, security cameras. Seating in common areas was added. Today there is a beautiful, tall locked gate giving access to the rear of the building where previously there was access but no lock and no gate. The parking lot, which consisted of patches of dirt and crumbling asphalt, was gated and paved with concrete. Lighting and security cameras were added here too as was a charging station for electric cars. I have always found Caroline to be personable and professional, quick to answer inquiries and address concerns. Her energy, initiative, wide knowledge of local competent tradespeople and what it takes to successfully manage real estate has made her an efficient and effective manager.

Caroline is awesome! I had been searching for the perfect venue to celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday party(all pink bash). I came across Caroline's San Pedro property online and was in awe. I messaged her and she responded quickly. I gave her all the details on what the property was being used for and she was more than happy to accommodate us. After about a week, she wrote up a contract, and I sent her the deposit via Apple Pay to lock in the dates. To be honest I was slightly skeptical since it is so many scams happening on rental properties nowadays. Anyways, everything went as planned, my daughter had a memorable party, place is clean, mansion-size and "princess like". I would totally recommend her business, she definitely knows what she's doing. Thank you so much Caroline!

We had a good experience with Starline Real Estate. The furnished units are in good condition and the beach is just a 3 min walk! We loved the design of the units, for Caroline did a great job decorating and making you feel like you're living in a modern and chic environment. We had some unexpected mishaps while we were there (broken coffee table/moving out earlier than expected), and Caroline was great in working with us in a timely manner which we greatly appreciated!

I booked the Lux Fairytale house directly from Caroline at Starline Realty. The process was smooth an effortless. The home was exactly as depicted on the photographs. When we arrived for our family Christmas reunion, everyone was pleasantly surprised! The views were spectacular! The house is spacious, but very cozy. The house is furnished nicely and made everyone feel very comfortable. The kitchen, although on the smaller side, has everything needed to prepared a large family dinner. The only thing lacking is perhaps better lighting. Oh, did I mention the lemon tree?
We stayed for 4 days and it felt like we were at home. Caroline, was very
attentive to all of our needs and even went the extra mile and placed holiday decorations! I would strongly recommend staying at this house and will return if available in the future.

lmfao. Your reply is ridiculous. You thought I was a scammer ? I texted you from a Los Angeles area code. Messaged you on Vrbo which shows that ai am a real person. I have an account with reviews on there. You are completely incapable of doing your job and replying back to a potential client in a timely manner. You expected me to transfer the money while I was driving in the middle of the desert. Had you replied in a timely matter let’s see: the day before when I was trying to book or how about the morning of for that manner then I could have worked out the funds with my bank. Instead it took me messaging you 2-3 times to even get a response from you. And if anything seems like a scam it’s having to Zelle you money. You were rude when I told you I was having issues with Zelle. All you replied was “call ur bank” . A better response would have been “oh in sorry that you are having issues with Zelle, my suggestion would be to first call your bank and see if they could accommodate the request”. So glad i did not give you my money. I found a killer air bnb with actual nice and friendly hosts who RESPONDED TO ME. Unlike starline real estate
