Sería un buen lugar si la persona que da la información no fuera tan pésima para tratar al personal tiene una aptitud muy mala si sele pregunta algo contesta con arrogancia creo que si no le gusta su trabajo no debería de trabajar en esto un lugar como este no merece personal cómo está señora si tiene problemas personales no tiene porque traerlos al lugar de trabajo

Terrible and lazy workers. They know nothing about their job and have the guts to be texting on their phones while drivers stand and wait for at least 20-30mins for them to open their window and give driver attitude. It took me 3hrs just to pick up an empty container. They assigned me booked containers 2 times come on!! You can do better

Be ready to wait and meet rude people at the ingate.
Got here bob tail to pickup a chassis.
The guys was on the phone, he asked me to wait a minute and I was like okay.
5 minute late I knocked on the window and he is like give me a minute boss I gota take care of something.
29 minutes total wait time to give me a list of chassis to pickup one.

I even tried calling the number that they have for concerns on other comments but it no one answers.

Quick and easy pick-up. Just be sure to have your reference number handy! Staff was polite and serviced us quickly.

Just like all the negative reviews says in here.. the place is a dump. Horrible people working there. Hate going here. Employees there think they are your bosses. Most rude place you will have to deal with and staff are lazy as they come

The guard was to lazy for her own good! When we arrived she was in the guard shack asleep she finally woke up turned her light on and came outside stretching like y'all disturbing me. My husband (a truck driver) went in side the guard shack to pick up his paperwork so we could get our load she told him to look in the basket over her head to look through the stack and find the paper he needed after he found it she looked at it and say yes this is the one. When we were ready to leave she would not open the gate we had to sit there about 10 minutes before she finally decided to drag herself outside to let us out the gate. If you don't want your job stay home and let someone else have the position someone that really wants to work.

IMCG was contracted by a forwarder that I have worked with for over 20 years to delivery a container for an international relocation. This container was set up as a Live Load @ 9:00 am with a 2 hour Free Window. Anyone who deals with this type of service know one minute past the 2 hour mark and you are charged a ridiculous fee, it is now 11:30 am, no call from driver dispatch, and I have had guys on the clock waiting since 8:30 am to get the container loaded. I have placed multiple calls to this company for an ETA and limited to no response. I do not suggest ANYONE rely on this company for service, as they cannot keep dock times, rely information, nor communicate. Avoid at ALL COST.
