The delivery drivers in the Glenwood springs area continuously can't deliver packages to the correct units at the Red Cliff condos. At least once a month I'm receiving my neighbors mail or they are getting mine. It's not complicated to understand what address belongs to which building. I'm getting tired of the hassel of carrying heavy packages up and down the stairs when they could have just been left at the proper address.

Took the day off because they needed a signature, package didn't arrive and they delivered it the next day....but I wasn't there because they didn't deliver AS SCHEDULED!!!!!

Fed Ex will not deliver to our residence as it’s up a dirt road and Fed Ex, unlike any other delivery services won’t deliver there. I’ve gotten a complete runaround trying to contact the Fed Ex ground location to arrange for someone to pick up my package. There phone number is not on their website and the foreigners who answer the 800 # are instructed not to provide it. Very annoying. What horrible customer service. I will never intentionally use Fed Ex, nor recommend it due to the repeated difficulties obtaining packages from them- it’s like they hold the packages hostage, dare you to try and find them (they don’t provide any notice of where they are, the drivers lie and say attempts were made to deliver with no one home, when no attempts were made) they make it as difficult as possible to retrieve them.

Horrible! Horrible customer service! Been having problems with deliveries in the last two months that I been here. Inconsistent! Lazy! I order from a meal delivery service. Never had problems before until I moved here. LAZY people didn't even deliver my food to my house and didn't give me a reason why I had to go pick up my food at fed ex, didn't get alerted. Two days later I had to go pick up my food, no one answered the intercom to let me in and the ugly man with the disgusting attitude wouldn't working out front wouldn't even help me. No one answers the phone. Thanks to this FedEx location, they get to send my week's worth of food back and I get a refund

The driver didn't attempt to deliver my package to 71 XYZ St. because his options were 28 or 29, 74, 89 or 102. If I were the driver, I would have delivered to 74 - the house with all the cars in the driveway preparing for a funeral. Wouldn't you? They will try again in 2 days... when everyone has gone home. Never using FedEx again.

While looking at my package tracking info for an important package that didn't show up, I saw the the reason stated that local weather conditions prevented delivery. However, the FedEx driver was in my driveway delivering package 1 of 2 that were ordered from the same company, at the same time, shipped at the same time. When I called to find out where my other package was, I was told the packages were loaded on two different trucks. Huh? So , while driver number 1 made his delivery , driver number 2 reported bad weather conditions 10 minutes after the first driver was here. Some body is a liar, unless however driver number 2 happens to be a vampire, and the inclement weather was the sunny day. No help from customer service, nor would they give me the local distribution center phone number. Never again will I request Fed ex. I do not believe at all, that 2 packages traveled 2000 miles together, all making the same location transfers until they made it to Glenwood Spring , Colorado. Then mysteriously get split up 10 miles from my house. Shame on you Fed ex .

Weird how when I actually include a complete verified street address, valid and current contact information I have never once had an issue with FedEx deliveries. They even call when something looks off on an address, great office staff genuinely want to help.
