My wife got food poisoning on holiday, the night before we were due to fly home, and we had to reschedule our flights. For the tour operator and travel insurance we needed a "fit to fly" certificate.

The hotel recommended CEM in Costa Calma.

I wish we could get this level of treatment, care, speed, efficiency back home, even if we had to pay for it.

We were seen by the receptionist, booked to see a doctor, seen by the doctor, my wife was checked over, we received excellent and thorough care and the necessary paper work, and we're back in the hotel all inside of an hour.

Highly recommended. I was due to fly home but could not equalize my ears, the friendly blue haired nurse got me seen quickly. Turns out it was the start of an ear infection. Despite having to receive IV antibiotics for a couple of hours and losing my last full day of holiday, my issue was fixed and I was able to fly home on schedule. The Dr & Nurse were very friendly, sympathetic and professional. I am very grateful to them. Obviously I had to pay for my treatment (which I will claim back on insurance) But I feel the treatment I received was necessary and I would have had to extend my trip without it which would have cost an awful lot more up front!

I had a terrible experience with this doctor. I was staying at a nearby H10 hotel and was told he would come from 11:30 to the hotel everyday. I developed severe food poisoning. I waited, but he never showed up, and I received no notice or communication. When I called the number, I was told he had an “emergency” and that I should go to his clinic myself.

Despite being very ill, I paid for a taxi out of pocket (€8 one way) to get to the clinic. When I arrived, the doctor was just sitting there watching his phone with no other patients in sight. He already looked irritated when I walked in.

He didn’t examine me at all — no basic checks, no proper assessment. He just asked a couple of questions and immediately prescribed two medications, which later gave me bad side effects. Then he charged me €120 for this so-called consultation.

He also doesn’t speak a word of English (I speak Spanish, so I managed), but I can imagine how much harder this would be for someone who doesn’t. The only positive was the nurse, who was kind and seemed to be the one guiding him on what to do and what to give me.

The whole experience felt rushed, uncaring, and purely transactional. I was in a vulnerable state and needed real medical support — instead, I got the bare minimum and a big bill. I strongly do not recommend this clinic or doctor.

nice and friendly people, but a small consultation of 6 minutes cost me 100 Euros. Please check the price before. I tried to go friday but there was no doctor. Saturday will be double because it is weekend.

I do not recommend this clinic ... robbing the tourist..I went there because I was dihadreate.they took me in the Dr took my blood pressure and then put me on intravenous meds (for 2 hours)..after that they give me the bill 575 euro (I noticed on the bill they changed me for checking my blood sugar -wich never did it ,but I was charged for )
Without explaining the bill to me they changed me 575 euros ... stay away from them .. robbing people 😤

Great service, from start to finish. Really helped sort out my wife's infection on her finger. Great aftercare too, 4 times seen by a doctor. All staff were excellent, special mention to Dr Irandys. Thanks.

Short of breath, with fever and heavily sweating my husband immediately got help and after a few tests and a lung x-ray diagnosed with pneumonia. Dr Jésus and his staff were very capable and with compassion. In the clinic my husband got the necessary drips. Also the prescribed antibiotics, expectorant and supplements helped really well and within five days the recovery was a fact. Thank you so much for your quick response and, again, very capable help.
