This place is a scam. I met a lady at the property to view and submit my documents and paid $35 applications fee and never hear from her again. She never answered my calls or emails after that then I had my friend call about the unit and she answer the phone but when I called over and over she don’t answer but said to my friend it’s available and she can show it to her. Why won’t you just update me on my application, definitely a scam. No online application it was done via email and pay with Zelle

I applied to a place I wanted to see. I viewed it, turned in the required paperwork & was approved 19hrs from when I VIEWED the place. I read other reviews on Propmax prior to applying, weren’t all great...........but my experience so far has been exemplary. Both of the women I dealt with were professional & sweet. I move in 12-28.

Prop Max is the worst rental place around when talking with them they will not take care of the business that you are asking them to do as a property management. I had to take him to court and I won the case due to renting to DURG dealer and their activities living on the premises of Prop Max, when I informed Prop Max they told me to be quiet and tenets could not park in the back anymore, yet anytime I parked back there It was a problem, but all the other tenets and their Friends parked and nothing was said because they didn’t want to deal with the Drug activity which Prop Max was aware of before I told him that was going on in this apartment building. There was two deaths due 2 part of the drug activity.It appears that prop Max has a lot of property owners as clients to manage in the San Pedro area. Be aware of the soft-spoken which their character is not what you think ?

If I could put a negative star I would. The woman who answered the phone was rude and couldn’t answer any of my questions as to why they needed to come into our garage. I only asked why is because the last time they entered my garage to “repair “ something they destroyed it, leaving me to clean the mess.
