*I should've updated on my previous experience, second time using this company and they did a great job both times.

I was given a time frame and received a courtesy call 20 minutes out. My sofa, from Wayfair, was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The two gentlemen were courteous and worked quickly, very good experience.

Great delivery company! I love the tracking capabilities. I was able to see where they were and get a better idea of when they would arrive. No sitting at home waiting during the 4 hour window. It gave me a 30 minute window and updated after each stop they made. I only work 10 minutes away, so I was able to just leave work when I saw they were getting close.
They also called when they were on their way. They delivery guys were very nice and went above and beyond! They brought my new couch in, and asked it I could get it from there. I asked them to remove the cardboard and such from the bottom since I didn't have anyone to help me do it. Not only did they remove the packaging, they attached the feet and set it up for me. I really appreciated this since I don't have anyone to help with stuff like that. Great service!

I ordered a bedroom set (bed, dressers, nightstands) from Wayfair, and paid for full service delivery and assembly. Everything went exactly as promised - I was contacted on Tuesday to schedule a delivery for Friday (today). Yesterday (Thursday), I was sent a text with the delivery window. Today, I was called when the delivery was 40 minutes away and then again when the delivery was 15 minutes away. The two gentlemen that delivered and assembled the furniture were polite, professional, and fast. They didn't leave any trash or packaging. The furniture doesn't have any flaws that I have found. I don't have a single complaint or criticism about my experience with this company, and I hope they'll be the ones to deliver my next order.

Would not even give 1 star if I didn’t have to. Very unprofessional and absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Dianne Maxwell is rude and talks over you and won’t let you get one word in. We scheduled our delivery on a day we would be at our vacation property out of only 8 days we had open. After we did so we received an email saying it would deliver the Friday before we arrived. I called back to advise again we would not be there that day and no return call but then received another email it was rescheduled again to the the same Tuesday we had previously scheduled for. We called today, the scheduled delivery date to confirm delivery because a hurricane is coming in tomorrow, Wednesday, so we waited until today, Tuesday morning, to evacuate and for only ONE reason....waiting on our furniture to be delivered this morning. We received no phone calls or emails cancelling the same although she swore all customers were notified. I double checked last night, this morning, and today when I was actually on the phone, NO CANCELLATION! When I called I was told it would not be delivered today and would be next Tuesday. We will not be here then and in the meantime have guests coming and no furniture. I asked if we could be added to the Friday delivery list while we are still here and was advised no she would not do that! Although they have a truck coming this way Friday! She would not even consider it! We planned ahead and ordered weeks in advance and communicated our time frame repeatedly with this company to alleviate any issues and received nothing but hassle, incompetence and a nasty argumentative attitude from Dianne. Never do business with her or this company!

I don’t usually post reviews, but i saw a lot of bad reviews for this company so i decided to share my own positive experience. i had no issues with the delivery being completed, i am not sure which men delivered my package but they called me prior to dropping it off and were very kind, professional, and friendly. i asked them to leave it at the door, as i would not be home. once i got home the package was sitting at my front door. my item was in perfect condition and overall i have no complaints and am very satisfied with the service provided.

I left my original 1 star review at the bottom in order to show you how my opinion of this company flipped from one end of the spectrum to the other by the actions of one individual.

Here is my updated POSITIVE review. I got a call from Shawn at iLog later in the day. I understand he manages the warehouse. Shawn had gotten wind of the shipping error and wanted to correct the issue. Shawn commutes back and forth from Atlanta to Pensacola weekly so, he doesn't need a reason to drive more miles. He actually went out of his way to bring me the picture using his personal vehicle the same day. Shawn was a very nice guy to meet and I am so appreciative for what he did. That was way above and beyond customer service. Pretty amazing! Thank you, Shawn.

Totally incompetent. They failed to actually delivery my package because it was not on the truck when they arrived. The delivery driver was not going to tell me. I had to chase him down to find out why he was leaving without delivering my package. The person answering the phone before and after the delivery is just plain rude. They refused to make things right and deliver the package the same day. They have managed to get business with online retail sites that do not have a good feedback loop to drop them because of issues they cause.

Overall delivery was okay. The item ordered was delivered in good shape.
With the item being in good shape, I assume that the delivery team handled the item with care. The problem I had was with the communication. I received a call on Tuesday to schedule a Thursday delivery. I told the representative that Thursday would be fine. The young lady then told me that I would get another call the next day (Wednesday) with a more pinpointed time frame for delivery and that I would receive another call on Thursday to let me know when the delivery team was on their way. Well on Wednesday I did not receive a call but did receive a text message with a link to confirm the delivery date and a 4 hour delivery time window. I responded to the text to confirm the delivery on Thursday between 9 am and 1 pm. This was fine with me. Later Wednesday I went to the website to track the delivery and was given a 9:45 am to 1:45 pm delivery window. Still I had no problem with this. Come Thursday morning, I checked the delivery tracker again to see if there were any updates to the time frame. It showed the time had been updated and that our delivery would be the fourth stop. The tracker also showed that the delivery team was currently at their first stop which I thought was very neat. Since I was going to be the only one at the office to work today I had no choice but to go on to work. My husband which works at night had agreed to get up when the delivery guys were to be there. I left the house phone in the room with my husband so that I could call him to wake him up when I got the call. Well I left home and headed to work with the expectation that I would receive a call from the delivery team as that is what I was told would happen. About an hour after arriving at work, I check the tracker again and the time frame had been updated again to 10:25 to 10:55 am. When looking at the tracker at this point the system no longer showed where the truck was in its path to my home which was a little bit of a let down. Still with no phone call at 10:15 am I checked the tracker again and it showed that the delivery team was currently at my house. I called my husband and he said that they weren't there yet so I told him it may be anytime and just to let me know when they arrived. Another 15 minutes passed and I decided to check the tracker again. At this point, the system said that the item had already been delivered and was delivered at 9:58 am. At this point I checked with my husband again before I was to make a call to ILog (as I was worried it may have been left at the wrong location) he stated he still had not seen anyone. I asked him to look outside just in case and sure enough the item was sitting out on our back patio with no notification that it had been delivered. Luckily we had great weather so there were no worries about the item getting messed up before we noticed it out there.

As I said in the beginning, the item was in good condition but my point in this whole post is if a company tells you that there will be communication then there should be. You can't solely depend on the delivery tracker when it no longer tells you how far out the team is from your location. There should also be contact/confirmation with the receiver in some form when the item is delivered so that they will know that it was delivered to the right place.

Ordered a matress from wayfair who partners with this company for delivery. I recieved an email from wayfair that we missed the delivery. Never got any communication from the delivery company. We were home the entire day. Company did not contact for directions and did not deliver my item. Either they didn't try to delivery it or couldn't find the address although both ups and fedex can find it. Will update later. Apparently wayfair gave the wrong contact info.
