Mi nombre es arley centeno,apliqué para esta compañía y pensaba que era una de las mejores,hoy 07/29/2024 fuy discriminado por parte de el mismo personal,un señor de una barba gritándome que entrara a la oficina para la orientación,recibí un email por la misma compañía para hacerme la prueba de la droga y alcohol,bueno voy a salir de la compañía y ese señor que no se quien es,gritándome y en muy mala forma que entrara a la oficina,después a mitad de orientación,me llama una señora llamada Clarissa,que no me querían en la compañía porque mi English no era perfecto,yo llevo 6 años over the road,tengo noción de manejo a la perfección.hablo bastante el idioma English,pero por ser hispano o latino,me ofendieron y me sacaron de la oficina delante de todo el personal,eso se llama discriminación y racismo,para mi esa compañía y el personal no tiene ética ninguna,si le diera alguna estrella,no le diera ninguna.

As a driver I have always thought Knight was a great company and stood by there drivers. Well today May 30th, 2024 I found out they do not care about the drivers at all. To have this driver broke down on this property he delivered a load to us is sad. And part of the worst part since 11am this driver has been sitting on this yard SINCE 11am.

HE CONTACTED HIS DISPATCHER FOR HIS DISPATCHER TO SAY NOTHING THEY CAN DO. I SAW THE MESSAGE- nothing you can do REALLY. U have got to be joking. This driver has been calling in and no one picks up. THIS IS SAD FOR A BIG COMPANY LIKE KNIGHT TRANSPORTATION. I called the night dispatcher for help for there driver and Mr. Dan tells me he can’t do anything. U have a driver broke down since 11am sir it’s 9:45pm and no one is calling him back. This is why drivers are short cause they get with companies that treat drivers like this.

Oh well he can call road side: I said sir he did is it nothing you can do or call the driver - DAN SAYS NO. Y’all have just let this driver know how y’all feel about him. He’s been driving with y’all 2 months and this is how y’all treat a driver. (IF IT WASN’T FOR THE DRIVERS YOUR LOADS WOULDN’T BE DELIVERED. )

This is wrong he is literally sitting here not knowing what to do. He was suppose to go home today with his family YALL ARE WRONG. As a trucker myself this is upsetting me - It’s 10:18pm and still nothing WOW

The yard itself is always dirty they have a bunch of debris all over the parking lot from drivers sweeping out the trailers and not picking it up. The terminal is the same and nothing has changed since I first came here back in 2014 to 2015. They have no Driver amenities that are useful for a driver the showers are dirty and never get cleaned no gym no truck wash and no food just over priced snacks. You would think with all the money they make to buy other trucking companies they should actually remodel their facilities like El Paso and the one in Hutchins

Showed up looking to park. Was met by rows and rows of spots being taken up by trailers and owner ops. Had to leave since there was no parking available. Because of this, I went into violation. This is now on my "do not go" list. Absolutely pathetic.
